CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE

Shriman Nirmal Singh Ji Dhillon
Chairman, DSCEW

The arena higher education in India possesses a valuable heritage with historic institutions like Dev Samaj who have stood the test of time for more than a century with a priceless inheritance of 131 years. Dev Samaj College of Education for Women, named after Bhagwan Dev Atma Ji, was established to propagate the cherished ideals of service, leadership, social responsibility, and academic pursuits for women. This visionary culture allows and emphasizes our students not only to adapt to the present day challenges but, to also take on individual responsibilities to the society and our nation at large. I always feel that education is the foundation on which emancipated societies are built, where all citizens, men or women get equal opportunities.
